AQUÄFINA Wallet Documentation

The AQUÄFINA Wallet is a digital payment gateway embedded in the AQUÄFINA marketplace to provide a seamless transaction experience. It acts as a versatile cryptocurrency wallet, facilitating deposits, transfers, and withdrawals. Although we recommend using AQUÄFINA Wallet as payment for ease of transactions within the marketplace, its usage is optional.

Depositing Funds

• Go to the AQUÄFINA Wallet section in your profile and click on Top-up.
• Select the desired cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or USDT).
• Enter the amount you want to deposit and proceed.
• Scan the generated QR code to process the transaction on the blockchain.
• The funds will reflect in your Wallet once the transaction is completed on the blockchain.
• Deposits do not attract any transaction fees.
• Minimum deposit amounts: 0.0002 BTC, 0.0002 ETH (ERC-20), 0.0002 LTC, 10 USDT (ERC-20).

Transferring Funds

• Click on Transfer in the Wallet section to transfer funds to another user.
• Enter the recipient's username and the amount you want to transfer.
• Confirm the transaction.
• A transaction fee of 1% is applicable on transfers.

Withdrawing Funds

• To withdraw funds, select Withdraw in the AQUÄFINA Wallet section.
• Choose your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm your request.
• There is a 1% transaction fee on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed manually by an administrator every 24 hours for security reasons.
• If you want your withdrawal to be processed faster, open a ticket and we'll expedite it upon review.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts: 10 USDT, .0005 BTC, .005 ETH, 0.005 LTC.

Making a Security Deposit

• Go to the AQUÄFINA Wallet section in your profile and click on Security Deposit.
• Follow the instructions to deposit the necessary funds to create Instant Offers.
• The security deposit is held for 14 days and can be withdrawn from the wallet after that period.
• Note that when the security deposit is withdrawn from the wallet, your Instant Offers will be removed, and you will not be able to create new ones until another security deposit is placed.

Creating and Managing Instant Offers

• As a seller, you can create Instant Offers on a thread, provided you have already made the $10 security deposit in your AQUÄFINA Wallet.
• While creating an Instant Offer, you need to provide the product title, product price, product description, and a .txt file with product details.
• Once a buyer purchases your offer, it's removed from the thread.
• Payments from sales of Instant Offers are held for four days.
• For quicker payment release, the buyer can opt to 'Release Payment' instantly post-purchase.
• If no action is taken by the buyer, the funds are automatically released to the seller at the end of the hold period.

Transaction Holds and Dispute Resolution

• Payments from sales are held for four days to ensure transaction security and buyer satisfaction.
• In case of any transaction disputes, you can initiate a 'Deal Dispute'.
• On opening a dispute, the transaction will be put on hold until a resolution is met.

Fees and Transaction Limits

• No fees are incurred on deposits, but transfers and withdrawals carry a 1% fee.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply: Deposits - 0.0002 BTC, 0.0002 ETH (ERC-20), 10 USDT (ERC-20); Withdrawals - 10 USDT, .0005 BTC, .005 ETH.
• All deposits are held for 14 days before they can be withdrawn again.
• Misuse of any AQUÄFINA Wallet functions can result in penalties, including the permanent suspension of your account.

Important Note

The AQUÄFINA Wallet has been designed to enhance buying, selling, and other on-site transactions on AQUÄFINA. Its primary function is to offer a secure, efficient channel for active trading and purchasing within our marketplace and forum. However, it is not designed as an exchange or a long-term storage mechanism for your funds. Therefore, we advise keeping only those funds in your AQUÄFINA Wallet that you anticipate utilizing within the platform.
